*⧉ Cube³s* It's simple. Cubes stacked, arrayed and intersecting in various permutations and then rendered with a traditional typewriter font. The cube as platonic base and symbolic representation of fixed solidity. A simple three-dimensional shape from which to explore permutation and modulation. When combined, the various combinations of symbols create unpredictable patterns and offsets, often flattening the dimensionality in singularities and mosaics of conflicting or colluding dimensions. By (re)programming the most archetypal of all conceptual objects into abstraction, *⧉ Cube³s* offers a homage to the modernist constructions of the early pioneers of typed visual poetry. *⧉ Cube³s* is the fourth release in a series of generative artworks that explore the use of text and symbols as material from which to weave fabrics of encoded patterns.
